You want an Ivy League education? Don't worry if you're a few Benjamins short.

I remember maybe 30-odd years ago when my oldest daughter at age 7 or 8 came to me and said she wanted to go to Yale. I told her I couldn't afford it. She cheerfully said, "Don't worry, Papa, I'll get a scholarship!" Years later she was offered a full ride to Virginia to study physics (of all things!). I swallowed hard and told her as long as she was happy i didn't care where she went. I had to walk that back, but by then she decided to go to Tech. She wasn't that interested in physics. Now she's our third generation Hokie. Take that, Yale!!!
