Flo did it a few years back, but last year (I think it was last year), Robie said something along the lines of Flo was scheduled to do it, but since it was technically a home ACC venue, ESPN had the streaming rights to it.

To my knowledge the only tournament events ESPN has ever covered were NCAA's and conferences (ACC & MAC). So prob not likely for ESPN to have a crew and resources available to cover a event like Hokie Open with so many mats. If so, we prob would have heard about it.
