Well just have to sign the players RECRUIT


At the end of any completion in college its not just t he coaching you HAVE OR MUST recruit crazy and deliver great players to your program. No matter where you go.

IN the past, for economy purposes, VT limited recruiting to the state, great.. but these teams were national relevant players. VT now has an athletic director who challenges the coaches go anywhere you need to go to get the best, while in-state is great, the most important is a very competitive program,.
