The Hokie's shedule these days gives the appearance that VT is trying to win the State Championship. I understand the need to stack-up home games just to increase revenue. But staying at home or very nearby is not that interesting. The OOC schedule would be so much more fun if they booked some home-n-home games in interesting destinations: New Orleans, Dallas-FW, Chicago, San Diego, etc. Just one game each year that gets us out of the neighborhood for a few days. The players might even feel a little more sophisticated, "Big League" taking a charter flight to an unfamiliar city. Maybe the ACCN will give enough bump to book some adventure travel. Could win a recruit here and there.
