I have the lockable community mailbox now too and like it. Better security

plus I don't have to maintain a mailbox (not that thats too hard). Our mailbox "complex" is big enough that its got a ring of larger boxes that larger packages get left in and you find the key to the larger box in your mailbox when you get something.
