An area near the beach park. Off

Of Surfside? The community has no Cdd no Hoa and fast direct bay access They listed it for 575 and it needs lots of updating some seawall work and a new roof plus the pool pump was spastic. We offered 600 and it sold for 631. We estimate it needs 150 in work. A similar size home that was completely rehabbed sold for 775 in Jan right down the street. Why is this area booming? I’m guessing because the other areas are already tapped out? We should’ve looked a couple years ago and w interest rates going up? We also looked at a couple places in Venice area. We like being closer to Tampa airport
