You may try applying Murphy Oil Soap


When I lived in San Diego, my townhouse had wood paneled interior walls that were faded from sun damage. I hit them with Murphy's, and they looked much better. Even the property manager was impressed. But most hardwood floors have polyurethane top coats, so Murphy's may not have as much of an impact.

Have you looked at "Rejuvenate Floor Restorer?" Haven't used it, but it may be worth a shot.
