Hardwood Floor Help Needed for sun tarnished finish


Live in Chantilly, VA and have hardwood floors that had carpets on them. Getting the house in shape for sale and trying to avoid sanding them. Recommendation was made to have them buffed and recoated? Any recommended providers in that area would be appreciated.
