Yeah, that's what has been proposed and it makes a lot of sense


I found mold and a lot of standing water last year. But I also found that the incoming water valve was leaking
next to the house and that the ac unit condensation stopped entering the pvc pipe to get further away from the house. I also have some spots that are below ground level.

I immediately put a big fan at my crawl space entry to ventilate the space better. I also had the valve fixed. I went under the house today and was pleasantly surprised. The soil is a little crunchy through out and there is standing water only in one spotnext to where the ac is located. Plus that spot really needs to be filled in.

I can't see encapsulation until I fix the things that I know are not right.
