giving the money to a Hokie in a situation like her each year. One year the money could have gone to the family of the VT policeman who was shot and killed on campus about 7-8 years ago. Still think it would be a good ideal, there will always be a good cause for one of our own. I don't think anyone would be opposed to a small charge for something like this, or maybe even a larger charge.
