Low turnovers are a must, then

defensive rebounding, so I agree with limiting UVa’s 2nd chance points. Then we need to match UVa’s toughness, the other “must” in order to win.

Hill has shown little inclination to drive so don’t expect slashing from him. I would start Wilson again. He can drive, and he’s much tougher than Hill. Also more of Hill’s minutes for Bede, who has also been playing better D. We have to play a physical game if we want to win. Less reliant on the 3 ball and more pressure on the rim, like the NC State game, I think gives us our best shot and we should try that first. But I don’t expect the sea to part for Robinson against Bennett and UVa like it did against NC State, and keep in mind that we couldn’t penetrate at all against UVa in the first game. But then again, we weren’t competing in the first UVa game. If we can’t penetrate at all then I think we have to go back to more offensive minutes for Hill and hope he’s hitting 3s. If Hill is missing 3s then he’s just like a turnover, and we just need to limit his minutes and hope our other 3 point shooters are on their game.
