Women's Lacrosse signs 8...


John Sung signed 8 players for the 2018 season.

Riley Burns - A, Fayetteville, NY
Sara Goodwin - MF - Baldwinsville, NY
Maddie Hoffman - A, Towson, MD
Madi Macera - A, Westminster, MD
Eliza Melia - MF, Cockeysville, MD
Jordan Tilley - D, Reisterstown, MD
Maddy Ugaz - A, Potomac, MD
Sam Van Buren - MF, Syracuse, NY

All 3 Upstate New Yorkers played for the Orange Crush Lacrosse Club. Madi Macera's sister, Meghan, was an excellent player for us a few years ago. Sara Goodwin was first team All-Central New York as a junior. None of the Maryland signees made 1st or 2nd team All-DC or All-Baltimore in 2017. There are still 3 or 4 Northern Virginia commits who haven't signed a NLI. Maybe that has something to do with being in-state and working out the scholarship allocations?
