Yes and it was put as at rest claim and then when he missed the follow up..


We made it active.

But as he putzed around the whole week and barely kept any contact other than texting about using his doctor, the WC claims adjuster denied the first week.

Agreed on the no show. But, I can't work him anyway at a light duty release. He would have receieved workmans comp until he was released. But that needs to happen on our watch and/or at least the same doctor that started the light duty restriction. So although there weren't days he was told he would work that he hasn't come in for, he has not fulfilled the responsibility of getting the release in a correct manner. And he has not returned calls from the claims adjuster nor myself. Since Thursday when I last got a text from him.
