VT is at the level now where the team can recruit top ten talent if the fit is right for the young man. But getting that kid who is top 3 and has the "it" factor as likely to win national championships remains tough. Can the coaches develop a #5, 7 or 15 into a national champ? Absolutely. But it sure would be nice to pull a couple can't miss guys too. Right now, however, PSU and OSU are getting a lot of those guys.
