Are practices open to the public...other housekeeping questions

I'm making a visit to Blacksburg next week. I assume you have to arrange for visiting a practice session...who provides that coordination?? When are the practice sessions (Coach R published the times but I can't find them)?? If one stops by the wrestling offices, are they allowed to accept SERTC donations?? Does Coach R have an Admin. Asst. for questions like this because he has a lot more important things to do.....vt.edu doesn't show a AA contact. APPRECIATE
