Having Molinaro and Graff in the room as well as keeping Ty around is huge for the development of these young guys coming up. It's something that this program has never had before and I think the benefits may be underestimated by most. St John and Zadick I'm sure rolled with the guys, but I can guarantee they weren't going as hard as the three guys we have in the room now who are competing for world teams.
