Anyone else have trouble freezing your credit online?
Yesterday I froze my accounts online with all 3 credit bureaus. No problem whatsoever. But when I tried to do the same thing for my husband, it went through only with Equifax. The other two credit bureaus said to sign up by phone, but that didn't work, either. Now the only option for him with Experian and TransUnion is to send all that personal info by mail (plus copies of his driver's license and one other form of ID)... and I'm not sure it's a good idea to do that. Has anyone else had trouble freezing your credit online? TIA
