For the second time in 3 years we do not play UVa. First of all, I don't see how this could happen. Yes, there is a rotating schedule (no set opponents like BC in football) but with 14 teams (no GT) and a 10 game league schedule each year, you only miss 3 teams per year. Doing the math says you should play a team at least 3 years in a row after missing a year. Getting past this point, why do we not play them in a non-league game? It is a game that would hold a lot of interest for fans. I realize that not playing them is to our advantage. We have never been ranked higher than them at game time and they have a large edge in past results. It would be most likely for them to win and gain a point in the Commonwealth Clash. Nonetheless, let the girls play.
