Mostly on nose and face. Time depends on size/depth of the lesion and how quickly the pathology reports come back. That's the beauty of the procedure. It only takes the minimum amount of tissue needed to remove all of the cancerous cells. If they can get it all in the first pass, you could be done in 30-45 minutes. Good luck!
