Lag & other cyclists, what do you like for tires?

Just bought a set of Michelin tires (or tyres, since Amazon shipped it from the UK) for my road bike (700x25), and they look light & "thin." Not expecting a lot of puncture resistance with these. What should I buy next?

I put Velociraptors on my mountain bike, and I love those!!!!! Probably won't need to replace those for another 10 years.
