Have you had any new deck/patio/landscape lights installed recently?

If the GFCI outlet is not the culprit, check to see if you have any low voltage/LED transformers in-line with your deck lighting. One of those could have failed or if you had additional lighting installed recently, maybe the wiring/outlets were altered on the transformer. You'll typically find the transformer underneath the outside edge of your deck, or at least in an accessible area on the underside of your deck.

I had a similar issue when we had a new patio installed with patio lights and the contractor used one of my existing transformers to run the patio lights and failed to plug in the other transformer for the deck lighting.
