Having lived in Blacksburg and just outside of College Park

I can't think of a single reason anyone would prefer to live in College Park over Blacksburg all else being equal? Maybe being near the big city if you prefer the city... but outside of that. Your money goes further in Blacksburg. The worst traffic in Blacksburg (football gameday) is on par with average daily traffic in DC.
