It doesn't matter what conference that they're in, they will always have success in those states. Penn State still does relatively well in Virginia, but they always have, especially NOVA.

It's the other Big 10 schools that are doing better in those 2 states since Maryland and Rutgers joined the conference. It's helping Minnesota, Michigan, Ohio State, Wisconsin, Illinois, and others.
