ACC has some really great teams, ranked teams. There key for having a holistic program, is aggressive recruiting, year round training, and player development (i.e. coaching).

With new hiting cage should enhance player development; any additional training required
Sounds like recruiting is ok???

Key is while injuries and youth happen, as a coach you have to take responsibility to create a reslient team that can handle the ups and downs and still win. Think coach might have one more year, to see change.... because the Athletic Dept is doing its part.
