Sounds about right, not surprise a company would set up there...


sort of that kind of area where all the suburban indusrial stuff is set up. Older "inner" suburb (not that "inner" but it's been around a while, old US1 type stuff) Not sure Alexandria would be that terrible a drive although you might get caught up in all the traffic heading to the top of the beltway. I live in Howard County which would be 15 minutes north on I-95, generally well-off county but more expensive because of it. It would be easy to find something just off 95 somewhere, lots of homebuilding going on.
