Had shingles almost 40 years ago..


It follows a nerve on your body. Mine was from my spine around my torso almost to my belly button. Very painful. Back then all the Dr. could do was give me a spray that acted by freezing the skin temporarily so that the pain subsided. Never want to get that again!
