Netflix is a must for me if for no other reason that the original series...

Daredevil, Stranger Things, House of Cards, etc. They also have a ton of content for kids, which is good for my 6 year old.

Not to mention, they have every episode of every Trek series ever made and will have episodes of the new Trek series 24 hours after they air on the CBS streaming service. In the U.S. (not here in Mexico, grrr) they have Quantum Leap as well. I'm a sci fi buff though, so that may not be your favorite genre.
