Basement insulation question (inside)


Pic below is of my exposed insulation in my basement. Behind this is concrete all on back of my house. I'd like to cover or remove this insulation.

Should I:

1) Remove insulation and replace with foam board (like in corner of pic) and spray insulating foam sealant around foam board to seal it?

or

2) Spray OVER the current insulation with spray over foam insulation?

or

3) Leave current insulation and put foam board on top of it and then spray insulating foam sealant around foam board to seal it all in?


No mold or water issues at all in basement or with basement insulation.
