I guess I don't think of Baja Fresh as similar to the others

the other 3 (to me) are burrito places, with a you-pick line of choices to fill them with. Baja Fresh doesn't have that.

I absolutely love Baja Fresh's fish tacos, and it's the sauce that makes them so special. I get the grilled mahi mahi tacos, but exchange the fish sauce from the fried fish tacos onto them...and order an extra portion of sauce to add more.

Just don't have any in the Triangle (any more). Go when I'm travelling. Just had some in December in Idaho.
