I actually think "progress" will be made on a wall. There is a bunch of


fencing now, I'm sure he will highlight some areas that need some, make it a relatively yuge wall compared to the fencing in other places and claim a victory. He will also have Mexico pay for it in the form of these yuge trade deals he's going to renegotiate that work bigly for America! He'll say America made out so much better in these new deals with Mexico the resulting effect that Mexico, as a result, paid for the wall given the yuge trade savings that benefit America.
