Proud 2007 odyssey owner. The con is that the automatic doors

are prone to screw up over time. I've had the vehicle for a mere 10 years now and we've had to fix one door twice and another once. Relatively costly fixes. Manual doors probably not even an option but I'd consider. Sliding doors of course are a major pro with young children and you don't have to worry about them opening doors into other cars in parking lots.

Now that our kids are older, we probably will go Pilot or similar next time and move away from the van. She's been great though.

Pro relative to the Pilot when we were looking is that the van offered 3 rows of seating simultaneous to having really good storage. The Pilot, as I remember, offered the 3rd row or storage, not both simultaneously. (I could be wrong on that one though, especially relative to the new models, because it's been over 10 years since we were in the market.)
