Burst: 127 in an EMS Chase car; Sustained: 122 on the Autobahn in BMW 520i


EMS Chase car was to clear an intersection for the ambulance that was hauling for the ER. Patient made it.

Autobahn was between Kaiserslautern and Mannheim on the A6 c. 2004/5.

I have never gone more than 9.5mph over the posted speed on US motorways in a non-emergency vehicle ;-) (that's my official story, and I'm sticking with it).
