I had the Mayor for Labor Relations in ~1973


He got me out of a fine for failing to display Blacksburg License eventhough I was an out of state student. I had purchased the license (windshield sticker) after getting pulled on Toms Creek Rd on the way to Drapers Meadow West. He asked if I had purchased the license sticker (which I had). Mayor said go see my friend the Chief of Police and to drop his name.

His course notes for the Labor Relations Class never changed.
