I'm assuming you/they checked the seals on the garbage disposal?


If your dishwasher drains into the garbage disposal and the disposal seals went bad, that may account for the amount of water you're seeing.

Aside from that, any chance your refrigerator is nearby? Could be a leak in the water line to the ice maker. Or maybe a leak inside the wall / from your neighbor's condo above?
