Dude needs a better GPS

ABINGDON, Va. — A routine traffic stop in Washington County, Virginia on Sunday resulted in 15 pounds of marijuana being seized, according to a written statement from the Sheriff's Office.

Chung Fong Kim,24, of Houston, Texas was arrested and charged with two felony drug charges. While Deputy Sheriff Chris Brady was on patrol on Lee Highway in Abingdon near I-81's Exit 13 Sunday he saw a vehicle swerve several times across the border line on the edge of the road.

Brady stopped the vehicle, spoke with the driver and obtained consent to search the vehicle. A search of the vehicle revealed 15 one-pound packages of marijuana. Kim said he had purchased the marijuana from in Arkansas and was planning to take it to Houston to sell it.

Kim is being held in the Abingdon facility of the Southwest Virginia Regional Jail without bond.
