Need some Hokie Help with phone question.

Will be retiring soon and need to get a phone just to make and receive calls. No need for data or texting. Just a phone to call for roadside help if needed or basic stuff involving family emergencies etc. What is the best option? I am turning in my smart phone when I retire, and will not miss it except for times when I am away from the house and need to make or take a call.
