CapCenter has 4.375% (zero points/zero closing)


and there are some additional offerings / banks that have lower rates via the mortgage page on Zillow.com: https://www.zillow.com/refinance/#filters=339944&request=ZR-DGYDFPJM&purpose=Refinance

I used CapCenter on my last refi and highly recommend them. The zero closing cost is legit; you only pay the prepaid escrow line items.
