I'd guess most wrestlers cut at least 4-6 lbs the day before weigh-in. So Sully could be dropping down but, because he was wrestling 149, just not cut hard prior to Vegas.

I don't really like this part of the sport, but I've seen guys cut 12-14 lbs with 24 hours of a weigh-in. My experience is with HS wrestling, so college may be very different.
