Rather interesting perspective. He's all about Expansion for the Big XII. And he wants to grab some that the ACC would consider.

I still find it hard to believe that the Big XII doesn't want one of the Florida schools. How could they pass on Florida presence? But USF and UCF don't ever seem to be the focus.
