I always wondered about the 2019 delay for the acc network. I knew there would be Some delay but seemed longer than I expected. Figured it was somehow tied to Texas or the long horn network.

The gor extension always was the key thing to look at in the big 12 drama. I figured it was the only thing that truly mattered to the Iowa states. Sure a bigger paycheck is important but not at the expense of a secure long term future. The closer we get to 2025 the less leverage they have.

Not sure about the stuff about only 7 landing spots available. I think a lot of that depends on where Texas goes and how many they bring along. If they go big 10 which is where he thinks, yeah there is not enough spots. If they go acc, then there are more spots for everyone because I think acc would allow more than just Texas. The big ten would not and others would not make sense for the acc.
