Not really

NFL London games are fine as a once a year novelty, but i dont see it extending to 8 home games. NFL Europe was a huge flop, and the small amount of "American football" played in Europe is pretty much a division III NCAA level. It's possible we'll see a player of two come thru to the NFL here or there, but they don't have the football infrastructure. Fans want to see native born players. There aren't really any English NFLers now.

That being said, the new side deal the NFL is cutting with Tottenham on their stadium is a big step in that direction. They'll have a real NFL field to play on. Perhaps in 10 years things will be drastically different.
