Flex spot PPR: Forsett or Matt Jones

Jones is Q right now and plays on Monday night.

I usually like playing people who are on MNF.

But if for some reason he doesn't play, i'm screwed.

I either play it safe with Forsett or take a change on Jones. Would you consider it a toss up?
