I do not understand restaurants that leave the shell or tail on shrimp


unless it's shrimp cocktail or steamed peel and eat shrimp. A lot of places leave the tail on in pasta or soup. Today I got vermicelli and they butterflied the shrimp and grilled it, whole shell on. Basically melted the shell to the shrimp making it darn hard to peel. It makes no sense. No d@mn sense! This ain't finger food darnit!
