Just curious, who would fix anything for free? Maybe a recall situation. My experience with them has been over the last 6-7 years with three cars. I watched them closely at first and after many situations where they really could have stuck it to me, I now tell them to do whatever they have to do. I really do trust them. They always call to discuss whatever, prices are always accurate if not less than quoted, cars are always ready when promised. They always squeeze me in when needed and they have plenty of business. I have never had one surprise from these dudes and they know what they are talking about. Sorry you had a bad experience, that can happen even with the best.
