I've been searching for that one too.

Apparently never made and the custom design ones are very hard to find. I actually wrote Campus Emporium a while back about it - if it's a one-off helmet and Tech loses, the university is very unlikely to make it. Apparently it's more difficult than expected to clear the license hurdles and can then be expensive for non-university retailers to get their hands on.
