Adding teams reduces the chances of current members making the P4

For example Houston could pass half of the teams on the PACs wish list after 8 years.

Assuming OU/UT won't extend the GOR it would be incredibly short sighted for the presidents of ISU, KSU, TT, Baylor, WVU, TCU and OSU to elevate a competitor to the P5 level.

College presidents seem smarter than WVU bloggers and realize an 7-8 year cash grab is much less important than remaining relevant in a P4 league in 2025.
