The only reason port covington


would be considered isolated is that I95 overpass separates it from south baltimore. Plank is going to provide a pedestrian bridge and bike paths to connect it along with the above mentioned new water taxi stops. he's also proposed light rail stops shuttle buses and city buses.

In sum, it will trsnsform a barren, neglected industrial site to a vibrant part of the city.
