It's a special designation under WatchESPN.
If you go into WatchESPN today, there are certain selections available for ESPNU, SEC Network, and Longhorn Network in addition to ESPN3. There are apps to get WatchESPN on streaming devices such as Roku.
I haven't seen anything about a subscription, but you have to get ESPN to get it. The key is 600 broadcast events in 2016-2017 growing to 950 or so by 2019 with 450 on the linear channel. The financial numbers for the new contract were not disclosed yet.
