I have a ?.It's evident that the Big12 didn't know about the ACCN until Tue

All signs pointed toward no expansion vote on Tuesday and then ACCN happened. But all this time, Andy Bitter has been posting articles hinting about the ACCN. How does Andy Bitter know about the ACCN and the Big12 didn't? Is that just a complete lack of due diligence on Big 12's part? I just can't believe they are this dumb. It just doesn't make sense.
