You are in my EXACT situation. I've been waiting and waiting to do somethin


to it. I have been kind of hoping for a storm to knock it down so insurance would pay for it. I let the 4ft of snow we got this winter in the hopes it would collapse it.

Regardless, we need to redo too. I'm interested in reading this thread.
